Job Summary
To support a growing Collaborative Care Program, the full-time Oregon Licensed Behavioral Health Therapist will provide high-quality patient support through assessments, treatment plan development, and psychotherapy, primarily in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities:
- Screen and assess patients for mental health and substance abuse disorders, facilitating engagement and follow-up care
- Provide brief behavioral interventions using evidence-based techniques and support medication management as prescribed by medical providers
- Document patient progress and treatment recommendations in the EHR, tracking clinical outcomes and participating in caseload consultations
Required qualifications:
- Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Rehabilitation, or a related field
- 3-5+ years of experience in behavioral health intervention clinical work, case management, or community care coordination
- Active independent clinical license in Oregon (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist)
- Current enrollment in the state's Medicaid & Medicare is preferred
- Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) and remote communication systems
