Job Summary
Providing trauma-informed support to youth and families involved in foster care, the full-time Oregon Licensed Behavioral Health Trainer will develop social and emotional skills for children aged 3-18 while collaborating with caregivers and community partners in a hybrid remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver individualized skills training to youth and families to enhance stability and resilience
- Maintain a small caseload to ensure personalized support and effective service coordination
- Collaborate with treatment providers, schools, and community partners to promote positive outcomes
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of one year of relevant experience, with additional education potentially substituting for experience
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and auto insurance
- Certification in CPR/First Aid, Non-Violent Crisis Intervention, and Tier 1 Collaborative Problem Solving (provided by an agency)
- Satisfactory results from fingerprinting and background checks
