Job Summary
Managing a portfolio of dealers, the full-time Oregon Licensed Business Development Manager will collaborate with regional teams to drive growth, develop sales plans, and enhance dealership performance while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Establish direct interfaces with regional counterparts to pursue strategic business plans
- Develop and execute dealer-level sales plans to achieve budgeted metrics
- Provide in-dealership training and consulting to enhance product performance and customer satisfaction
Required qualifications
- College degree preferred or 3+ years of equivalent experience
- Experience in Dealer Credit and Originations
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Must be located in the Portland, Salem, or Corvallis area
- Relocation approved
