Oregon Licensed Clinical Supervisor

Job Summary

Providing operational supervision of clinical staff, the full-time salaried Oregon Licensed Clinical Supervisor will guide and support clinical reviewers in conducting utilization reviews while ensuring compliance with quality standards and organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct utilization reviews using evidence-based clinical criteria and regulatory guidelines
• Supervise care coordination and case management activities to meet quality and compliance standards
• Support staff development through onboarding, coaching, and performance management initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Current, active, unrestricted Oregon LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or RN licensure with behavioral health experience
• 5 years of direct patient care clinical experience
• 1 year of utilization review or medical management experience
• Graduate degree in social work, psychology, or other behavioral health science field, or a bachelor's degree in nursing with relevant training
• Ability to lead teams in a remote work environment
