Job Summary
To support the Research Operations Contracting team, the full-time Oregon Licensed Contracts Manager will be responsible for reviewing, negotiating, and finalizing clinical trial agreements while collaborating with various teams in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Review, negotiate, and prepare clinical trial agreements excluding study budgets
- Collaborate with Research Operations and local program administrative teams
- Track and finalize agreements to ensure compliance and timely execution
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 4 years of experience in contract review and negotiation, including knowledge of privacy law, HIPAA, compliance, and intellectual property
