Oregon Licensed Crisis Intervention Specialist
Job Summary
To support clients during acute mental health crises, a part-time Oregon Licensed Crisis Intervention Specialist will monitor crisis queues, conduct real-time risk assessments, and collaborate with the clinical team to develop intervention plans while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor crisis queues and respond to inbound crisis calls for real-time risk assessment and safety planning
- Screen clients at risk of harm and collaborate on stabilization planning
- Complete required documentation and serve as a key point of contact during client group sessions
Required qualifications
- Must reside and be licensed in the state of Oregon
- Independently licensed clinician with previous crisis intervention experience preferred
- Ability to work a minimum of 12 hours per week with flexible scheduling
- Passionate about mental health and capable of performing in a high-paced environment
- Familiarity with cloud-based communication tools and software such as Gmail, Slack, and Zoom
