Job Summary
A company is looking for a Delegation Oversight Program Manager-RN.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement oversight plans for delegated vendors in various healthcare services
- Conduct audits and reviews of vendor performance and compliance
- Establish and maintain relationships with delegated vendors and ensure regulatory compliance
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Current unencumbered RN License required within 90 days of hire; BSN preferred
- Master's degree in a related field preferred
- One year of clinical nursing experience plus four years of health plan or utilization management experience required
- Experience with healthcare delivery systems and managed care patients
- Proficiency in computer applications including electronic documentation
