Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Interviewer (PAS Revenue Cycle Specialist).

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, verify, and update patient demographic and insurance information for registration and pre-registration
• Conduct financial screenings and educate patients on financial assistance options and insurance coordination
• Perform insurance verification and maintain accurate patient insurance records

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• One year of experience in a medical office setting or two years in a high-volume public contact position
• Basic computer skills, including word processing and keyboarding (minimum 40 wpm)
• Demonstrated knowledge of insurance and benefits
• Experience in a high-stress environment with a strong customer service orientation
