Oregon Licensed Front Line Care Clinician

Job Summary

To support clinical initiatives in the Portland area, the full-time Oregon Licensed Front Line Care Clinician will manage clinical support activities, including customer support and clinical solutions execution, while collaborating with health systems to improve outcomes related to hospital-acquired conditions in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide clinical expertise on the safe and effective use of Front Line Care products and educate stakeholders on key quality metrics
• Build and maintain relationships with clinical decision-makers and support retention activities, trials, and implementations in assigned accounts
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver clinical solutions and ensure customer expectations are met through various account activities

Required qualifications

• Current RN, CCRN, APRN, or other relevant certification as specified
• Experience in clinical practice related to hospital-acquired conditions
• Ability to build relationships with clinical stakeholders and decision-makers
• Strong clinical acumen for educating on product use and quality metrics
• Willingness to participate in local trade shows and educational events as needed
