Job Summary
As an Oregon Licensed Loan Officer, the full-time remote Executive Loan Officer will guide clients through the mortgage process from application to closing, build relationships with referral sources, and analyze financial situations to recommend appropriate loan products.
Key responsibilities
- Assist clients throughout the loan process, addressing any concerns and ensuring a smooth experience
- Build and maintain relationships with real estate agents and other professionals to drive referrals and promote the Rocket brand
- Evaluate client financial documents to determine eligibility for financing and educate clients on the mortgage process
Required qualifications
- Experience in mortgage loan origination
- State and federal licenses as a mortgage loan originator
- Proven track record of obtaining referrals and generating lead volume
- Strong professional communication and time management skills
