Oregon Licensed Mechanical Program Manager
Job Summary
Overseeing the design of Post Facility Ready mechanical system upgrades and retrofits, the full-time Oregon Licensed Mechanical Program Manager will manage design teams, facilitate execution plans, and ensure alignment among stakeholders while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Proactively identify stakeholders and strategize to prioritize objectives and success criteria
- Effectively monitor progress and risks, proposing mitigation plans and aligning stakeholders
- Independently develop change management rollout plans and maintain project trackers and status reports
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent practical experience
- Preferred: Master's Degree and/or Professional Engineer (PE) license
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Mechanical Engineering
- Industrial or commercial HVAC experience required
- Familiarity with mechanical cooling systems in large commercial buildings or data centers preferred
