Key Responsibilities
- Manage civil litigation matters from inception through resolution
- Draft and argue motions, briefs, pleadings, and other legal documents
- Prepare cases for mediation, arbitration, and trial, participating in hearings and court proceedings
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of civil litigation experience
- Active Oregon Bar admission required; Washington Bar admission is a plus
- Experience drafting and arguing civil motions and taking depositions
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
- Healthcare, medical malpractice, professional liability, or general liability defense experience is preferred
