Job Summary

To support a growing team, the fully remote Oregon Licensed Medicare Agent will assist seniors in navigating Medicare options, leveraging provided leads and resources to build a successful independent business.

Key responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and assist seniors in selecting appropriate Medicare coverage
• Complete training through Connie Academy, focusing on Medicare fundamentals and compliance requirements
• Utilize proprietary technology and tools to streamline the sales process and enhance productivity

Required qualifications

• Active health insurance license required; AHIP certification can be obtained post-hire
• Proven sales experience in fields such as retail, insurance, or inside sales
• New to Medicare, with less than one year of prior Medicare sales experience
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a self-starter attitude
• Comfortable with commission-based compensation structure
