Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the full-time salaried Oregon Licensed Mental Health Specialist will deliver 28 hours of group facilitation weekly, focusing on psychoeducation and skill-building for clients facing complex behavioral and emotional challenges in a fully remote telehealth environment.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver group facilitation using evidence-based curriculum for diverse age groups and cohorts
- Foster client engagement and cohesion within group sessions, promoting active participation
- Participate in collaborative treatment team meetings and maintain timely client documentation
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in a mental health or related field (e.g., MSW, Clinical Mental Health Counseling)
- Current residency and legal eligibility to work in Oregon
- Proficiency in multiple therapeutic modalities (e.g., DBT, CBT, EMDR, MI)
- Experience working with a diverse population and age ranges from 8 to 64
- Ability to facilitate engaging virtual sessions with reliable high-speed internet
