Oregon Licensed Mental Health Specialist
Job Summary
To support a growing clinical team, the full-time Oregon Licensed Mental Health Specialist will deliver 28 hours of group facilitation weekly, focusing on psychoeducation and skill-building for clients facing complex behavioral and emotional challenges in a fully remote telehealth environment.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver group sessions using evidence-based curriculum while fostering client engagement and group cohesion
- Review assigned curriculum prior to sessions and facilitate across various age groups and cohorts
- Participate in collaborative Treatment Team meetings and document client interactions within a 24-hour timeframe
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in a mental health or related field (e.g., MSW, Clinical Mental Health Counseling)
- Must reside in and be legally eligible to work in Oregon
- Experience with multiple therapeutic modalities (DBT, CBT, EMDR, MI) in intensive treatment settings
- Able to work with a diverse population, including clients aged 8-64
- Proficient in facilitating engaging virtual sessions with a reliable high-speed internet connection
