Job Summary
Seeking an Oregon Licensed Mental Health Specialist, the full-time remote Mental Health Group Specialist will deliver 28 hours of group facilitation weekly, focusing on psychoeducation and skill-building for clients with complex behavioral and emotional challenges.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver group facilitation using evidence-based curriculum across various age groups and cohorts
- Foster client engagement and group cohesion, promoting active participation
- Participate in collaborative Treatment Team meetings and complete client documentation within a 24-hour timeframe
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in a mental health or related field (MSW, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, etc.)
- Must reside in and be legally eligible to work in Oregon
- Demonstrated proficiency in multiple therapeutic modalities (DBT, CBT, EMDR, MI) and experience in intensive treatment settings
- Ability to work with a diverse population and age range from 8 to 64
- Strong belief in group-based treatment and ability to maintain professional boundaries
