Oregon Licensed Mental Health Specialist
Job Summary
Seeking an Oregon Licensed Mental Health Specialist, the full-time remote Mental Health Group Specialist will deliver 28 hours of group facilitation weekly using evidence-based curriculum, lead transformative sessions for clients with complex challenges, and collaborate with a skilled therapy team.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver group facilitation sessions and psychoeducation to clients, fostering engagement and cohesion
- Review and master assigned curriculum for various age groups and cohorts before group sessions
- Participate in collaborative treatment team meetings and maintain timely client documentation
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in a mental health or related field (e.g., MSW, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy)
- Must reside in and be eligible to work in Oregon
- Experience with multiple therapeutic modalities (DBT, CBT, EMDR, MI) in intensive treatment settings
- Ability to work with a diverse population ranging from ages 8 to 64
- Proficiency in facilitating engaging virtual sessions with a reliable internet connection
