Oregon Licensed Mental Health Specialist
Job Summary
To support a growing clinical team, the full-time Oregon Licensed Mental Health Specialist will deliver 28 hours of group facilitation weekly, focusing on psychoeducation and skill-building for clients facing complex behavioral and emotional challenges in a fully remote telehealth environment.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver engaging group sessions using evidence-based curriculum across various age groups and cohorts
- Foster client engagement and cohesion within groups, encouraging active participation
- Participate in collaborative Treatment Team meetings and maintain timely client documentation
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in a mental health or related field (MSW, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, etc.)
- Must reside in and be legally eligible to work in Oregon
- Proficiency in multiple treatment modalities (DBT, CBT, EMDR, MI) with experience in intensive treatment settings
- Ability to work with a diverse population and age ranges from 8-64
- Strong belief in group-based treatment and ability to maintain professional boundaries
