Oregon Licensed Mental Health Specialist
Job Summary
Seeking an Oregon Licensed Mental Health Specialist, the full-time remote position will focus on delivering psychoeducation and facilitating group sessions for clients with complex behavioral and emotional challenges while collaborating with a skilled therapy team.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver 28 hours of group facilitation weekly using evidence-based curriculum
- Foster client engagement and group cohesion, promoting active participation
- Participate in collaborative Treatment Team meetings and complete client documentation within a 24-hour timeframe
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in a mental health or related field (MSW, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, etc.)
- Must reside in and be legally eligible to work in Oregon
- Demonstrated proficiency across multiple treatment modalities (DBT, CBT, EMDR, MI)
- Experience working with a diverse population and age ranges from 8-64
- Ability to facilitate engaging virtual sessions with a reliable high-speed internet connection
