Oregon Licensed Mental Health Specialist
Job Summary
To support a growing clinical team, the full-time Oregon Licensed Mental Health Specialist will deliver 28 hours of group facilitation weekly, focusing on psychoeducation and skill-building for clients facing complex behavioral and emotional challenges in a fully remote telehealth environment.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver group sessions using evidence-based curriculum while fostering client engagement and group cohesion
- Review and facilitate assigned curriculum across various age groups and cohorts
- Participate in collaborative Treatment Team meetings and ensure timely client documentation
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in a mental health or related field (MSW, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, etc.)
- Must reside in and be legally eligible to work in Oregon
- Proficiency in multiple modalities (DBT, CBT, EMDR, MI) and experience in intensive treatment settings
- Ability to work with a diverse population ranging from ages 8 to 64
- Experience facilitating engaging virtual sessions with a reliable high-speed internet connection
