Oregon Licensed Nurse Practitioner

Job Summary

To support a growing virtual practice focused on women's midlife health, the full-time Oregon Licensed Nurse Practitioner will manage a full patient panel addressing perimenopause, menopause, weight management, sexual health, mood, and sleep while providing ongoing, relationship-based care.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a full panel of patients, providing virtual care for various women's health issues
• Prescribe and independently manage hormone replacement therapy and evaluate patients for pharmacologic weight management
• Document patient interactions and meet productivity benchmarks in a high-volume clinical environment

Required qualifications

• Active board certification: FNP-C / FNP-BC or WHNP-BC
• Active NP license (DEA preferred) and willingness to obtain additional state licenses
• 3+ years of experience practicing as a Nurse Practitioner
• Experience independently managing a patient panel
• Expert level technical proficiency and adaptability to new technologies
