Job Summary
To support an expanding company, the full-time hourly Oregon Licensed Onboarding Specialist will manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and on time while working remotely with various teams.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the onboarding process from offer acceptance through the new hire's start date
- Serve as the primary point of contact for new hires during the onboarding process
- Collect, review, and track required employment and onboarding documentation
Required qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in onboarding, recruiting, HR, staffing, or a related administrative role
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
- Ability to handle confidential employee information professionally
- Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, ABA, or staffing is a plus
