Job Summary
To support a diverse range of clients, the full-time Oregon Licensed Payroll Specialist will process multi-state payroll, conduct audits for accuracy, and provide exceptional customer service while working in a hybrid environment.
Key responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll for medium to large clients and conduct audits for accuracy
- Maintain payroll recordkeeping, including special payroll runs and calculations for garnishments and deductions
- Provide timely and accurate customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and building trusting relationships
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and a minimum of two years of payroll processing experience or equivalent education and experience
- Experience with the Prism HR platform and knowledge of multi-state payroll
- Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion practices in the workplace
- Exceptional customer service skills and ability to work independently
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills
