Job Summary
Seeking an Oregon Licensed Personal Injury Attorney with over 5 years of experience, the full-time remote position will manage a caseload of plaintiff-side personal injury cases, focusing on pre-suit resolutions and litigation for auto and premises liability claims.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage a primarily pre-suit caseload involving auto accidents and premises liability cases
- Evaluate liability, damages, and case strategy while collaborating with case managers and support staff
- Negotiate settlements with insurance carriers and handle all aspects of litigation preparation
Required qualifications:
- Active Oregon State Bar license in good standing (Washington license is a plus)
- 5+ years of plaintiff-side personal injury experience
- Experience managing pre-suit and litigation caseloads from intake through resolution
- Strong experience with civil discovery, motion practice, pleadings, and depositions
- Experience handling auto and premises liability cases, including mediation and settlement negotiations
