Oregon Licensed Pharmacy Director

Job Summary

Providing comprehensive management and leadership, the full-time Oregon Licensed Pharmacy Director will oversee the pharmacy benefit for all product lines, including prior authorization, formulary management, and regulatory compliance, while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the SHP pharmacy benefit across various product lines
• Oversee the prior authorization process and ensure regulatory compliance
• Coordinate clinical programs and educational initiatives for members and providers

Required qualifications

• Current unencumbered Oregon pharmacist license
• Three years of clinical pharmacy experience
• Three years of healthcare leadership experience
• Experience in managed care or a related field preferred
• Residency and Board certification preferred
