Job Summary
Offering total schedule control, the full-time Oregon Licensed PMHNP will conduct virtual psychiatric evaluations, manage medication treatment plans, and maintain clinical documentation while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct virtual psychiatric diagnostic evaluations, risk assessments, and mental status exams
- Formulate evidence-based pharmacological treatment plans and manage psychotropic medications
- Provide brief supportive counseling and psychoeducation regarding medication compliance and wellness
Required qualifications
- Active Board Certification as a PMHNP (ANCC) with an unencumbered state APRN/RN license
- Active DEA registration and state prescriptive authority
- Active NPI number
