Oregon Licensed Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

Leading multiple complex New Product Introduction (NPI) projects simultaneously, the full-time Oregon Licensed Senior Project Manager will manage cross-functional Product Development Teams, ensuring project objectives for scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risk are met while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead 3-7 large, complex NPI projects from initiation through implementation
• Establish project objectives, scope, schedules, budgets, and manage scope changes throughout the project lifecycle
• Drive project risk management and ensure project documentation complies with FDA and quality requirements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field with 8-10 years of experience; MS/MBA and PMP preferred
• Demonstrated NPI project management experience in an engineering/manufacturing environment producing regulated durable goods
• Experience leading complex cross-functional projects and working with internal/external stakeholders
• Knowledge of FDA and ISO regulations
• High proficiency with MS Project or equivalent project management software required
