Oregon Licensed Social Worker
Job Summary
Providing on-call support remotely, the Oregon Licensed Social Worker will conduct psychosocial assessments, treatment recommendations, and crisis interventions for acute patients through a Telehealth platform.
Key responsibilities
- Assess and triage patients via telehealth across various demographics and medical conditions
- Conduct psychosocial assessments in emergency department and inpatient settings
- Provide a full range of clinical social work consult services, including discharge planning and therapeutic interventions
Required qualifications
- Master's Degree in Social Work from a CSWE Accredited University
- Oregon Clinical Social Worker License upon hire
- 5 years post-graduate experience in an Emergency Department, Inpatient, or Outpatient Behavioral Health setting
- Experience with Electronic Health Records, preferably EPIC
