Oregon Licensed Structural Engineer
Job Summary
To support a dynamic design team, the remote Oregon Licensed Structural Engineer will perform structural analysis and design, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and take ownership of project scopes while ensuring adherence to building codes and quality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Perform conventional aspects of structural engineering analysis and design with minimal supervision
- Plan and conduct work requiring independent evaluation and adaptation of engineering techniques
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to less experienced engineers and designers
Required qualifications
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering with an emphasis in Structural Engineering
- Professional Engineer License (PE/PEng)
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in structural engineering
- Proficient with US building codes including IBC, ASCE 7, ACI, and AISC
- Experience with structural engineering analysis software, Navisworks, and Bluebeam
