Oregon Licensed Structural Engineer
Job Summary
To support a dynamic design team, the full-time Oregon Licensed Structural Engineer will perform structural analysis and design, collaborate with various disciplines, and ensure project quality while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Competently perform structural engineering analysis and design under general supervision, applying sound engineering judgment
- Exhibit attention to detail and quality control by checking own work and performing calculation checks of peers' work
- Manage workload effectively, take ownership of assigned tasks, and proactively identify scope changes and project needs
Required qualifications
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering with an emphasis in Structural Engineering
- Professional Engineer License (PE or PEng)
- At least 4 years of Structural Engineering experience
- Experience with US building codes, including IBC, ASCE 7, ACI, and AISC
- Experience with Structural Engineering analysis software, Navisworks, and Bluebeam
