Oregon Licensed Suicide Prevention Manager

Job Summary

Providing strategic leadership and oversight for suicide prevention initiatives, the full-time Oregon Licensed Suicide Prevention Manager will develop, implement, and evaluate programs while building relationships with community partners and stakeholders in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead strategic planning efforts to establish goals and implement scalable suicide prevention strategies
• Oversee the development and execution of community-facing suicide prevention programs, integrating diverse community voices
• Manage grant writing, fiscal oversight, and resource allocation to support program goals and ensure compliance

Required qualifications:

• Master's degree in a related behavioral health field or a bachelor's degree with five or more years of relevant experience
• Minimum five years of progressive experience in coordinating or supporting social services programs or coalitions
• Strong analytical skills to assess data and program outcomes for informed decision-making
• Proven leadership capabilities to motivate teams and drive strategic initiatives
• Technical expertise in suicide prevention strategies, policies, and best practices
