Job Summary
Managing all functions of the job site, the full-time Oregon Licensed Superintendent will oversee home construction from permit to closing, ensuring quality standards, scheduling subcontractors, and providing excellent customer service while working onsite.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the construction schedule to deliver high-quality homes on time and within budget
- Schedule and evaluate subcontractors' work to ensure compliance with building codes and company standards
- Conduct homeowner orientations and maintain communication regarding construction progress and concerns
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two to four years of related experience in home construction
- Ability to read and interpret construction documents and knowledge of all phases of new home construction
- Valid driver's license and a vehicle capable of carrying supplies
- General knowledge of municipal permitting, regulations, and building codes
