Oregon Licensed Utilization Management Manager
Job Summary
To ensure effective healthcare delivery for Medicaid members, the full-time Oregon Licensed Utilization Management Manager will oversee the Utilization Management team, manage daily operations, and collaborate with various stakeholders in a fully remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Utilization Management team, ensuring compliance with Oregon Administrative Rules and organizational policies
- Lead process improvement initiatives and collaborate with internal and external partners to enhance quality outcomes
- Supervise and support UM staff, providing training and ensuring adherence to performance standards and regulatory requirements
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related healthcare field
- Three (3+) years of supervisory or team leadership experience
- Two (2+) years of leadership experience in a Utilization Management program
- Two (2+) years of experience with Oregon Medicaid
- Preferred: Master's degree in Nursing or a related healthcare field
