Job Summary
Leading model-based coordination efforts, the full-time Oregon Licensed VDC Coordinator will facilitate clash detection workflows and manage design-phase coordination meetings remotely, focusing on complex semiconductor facility design projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead design-phase clash detection and coordination workflows across multi-discipline engineering models
- Plan and facilitate recurring coordination meetings with internal teams, consultants, clients, and trade partners
- Aggregate and manage federated models to ensure alignment with project BIM Execution Plans and client standards
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience)
- 4+ years of BIM/VDC experience within a design or engineering firm environment
- Demonstrated experience supporting semiconductor, cleanroom, or advanced manufacturing facility design
- Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit and Navisworks Manage
- Proven experience leading coordination meetings and facilitating cross-disciplinary collaboration
