Job Summary
To support a mission-driven approach to brain health, the part-time contract Speech Language Pathologist with an active Oregon or New York license will provide telehealth therapy sessions for patients, focusing on cognitive rehabilitation and collaborating with multidisciplinary care teams.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct weekly 45-minute therapy sessions with patients, ensuring a compassionate and engaging experience
- Maintain a flexible schedule with 20-40 hours of availability, primarily between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM US Pacific or Eastern Time
- Collaborate with physicians and other care providers to deliver comprehensive patient care
Required qualifications:
- Active Oregon or New York Speech Language Pathologist license in good standing
- Experience working with older adults and patients with Alzheimer's disease and related cognitive disorders
- Proficiency in cognitive rehabilitation/remediation therapy
- Ability to provide a personal computer/laptop that meets telehealth security standards
- Professional English oral and written communication skills at a lower advanced native speaker level
