To define and implement the future state HR operating model enabled by Agentic AI, the full-time Organization Design Transformation Lead will design AI-enabled HR operating models, redefine roles and accountabilities, and advise senior HR leaders on the structural implications of AI adoption, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Design and execute AI-enabled HR operating models across service delivery and business partnering
- Redefine roles, accountabilities, and skills within a human-AI workforce
- Lead job architecture, role clarity, and workforce impact assessments
Required qualifications
- 10+ years in organization design, workforce transformation, or operating model redesign
- Experience designing organizational models in large, complex, global HR environments
- Strong understanding of how AI and automation reshape work and capability requirements
- Expertise in job architecture, role design, and governance models
- Highly credible advisor to senior HR and business leaders
