Organizational Change Consultant
Job Summary
To prepare Army stakeholders for the transition to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, the remote Organizational Change Management Consultant will develop change management strategies, assess impacts, and track readiness and adoption throughout the implementation process.
Key responsibilities
- Develop the organizational change approach and align activities with discovery, implementation, and deployment plans
- Identify stakeholders, change impacts, and readiness needs while building communications and engagement plans
- Coordinate training needs analysis and support user acceptance testing and feedback activities
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in organizational change or business transformation, with 3+ years in enterprise software or ERP implementations
- Experience with stakeholder analysis, change-impact assessments, and communications planning
- Ability to coordinate across multiple workstreams and turn stakeholder feedback into actionable plans
- Bachelor's degree in organizational development, business administration, communications, psychology, or a related field
- Must meet Government citizenship and background check requirements
