Organizational Change Management Analyst
Job Summary
Serving as a Momentum Subject Matter Expert, the full-time remote Organizational Change Management Analyst will lead product demonstrations, engage stakeholders, and support user adoption efforts within a federal client environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead product demonstrations for clients and stakeholders, showcasing Momentum functionality and business processes
- Prepare and maintain demo-ready sandbox environments, including managing test data for business use cases
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, user-friendly language for diverse audiences
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
- Minimum of 4 years of hands-on Momentum experience in a federal contract or agency environment
- Demonstrated experience leading product demonstrations and training sessions
- Strong knowledge of Momentum functionality and business processes
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve functional and system-related questions in real time
