Organizational Change Management Analyst

Job Summary

To facilitate successful organizational change initiatives, the full-time Organizational Change Management Senior Analyst will lead the development and implementation of OCM strategies, design engaging communication materials using Adobe Creative Cloud, and evaluate emerging technologies for process improvement while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support the development and implementation of comprehensive organizational change management strategies for various projects
• Utilize Adobe Creative Cloud applications to create communication materials and training aids that support OCM objectives
• Conduct stakeholder analysis and readiness assessments to inform OCM strategies and monitor the effectiveness of interventions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in organizational change management roles
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) for graphics development
• Strong understanding of OCM methodologies and frameworks
• Demonstrated experience with emerging technologies and their application in business solutions
