Job Summary
Leading communication workstreams for large-scale transformation initiatives, the temporary Organizational Change Management Consultant will develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies and create executive-level content while working remotely with occasional travel to Chicago.
Key responsibilities
- Lead communication efforts for transformation initiatives, including technology and organizational changes
- Develop and implement communication strategies, plans, and campaigns aligned with change objectives

Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in organizational change management or strategic communications

- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Business, or related field
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools, including PowerPoint and Teams
