Organizational Change Management Consultant
Job Summary
To support the full M&A lifecycle, the contract Organizational Change Management Consultant will develop and implement change management strategies remotely, ensuring employee adoption and minimizing resistance to project initiatives during a 12-month engagement.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement change management strategies to facilitate project adoption and minimize resistance
- Ensure change initiatives meet objectives on time and on budget by increasing employee adoption and utilization
- Focus on the people side of change, including business processes, systems, job roles, and organizational structures
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 5-7 years of change management experience, or 10 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
- Experience delivering change management in a global company
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications
- Experience leading organizational change management for mergers and acquisitions
- Prosci change management certification preferred
