Organizational Change Management Director
Job Summary
Leading large-scale employee productivity initiatives, the full-time Organizational Change Management Director will manage change strategies, conduct readiness assessments, and develop communication plans to drive adoption and maximize employee engagement in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Drive structured change management activities and develop creative campaigns to motivate employee adoption
- Conduct readiness and resistance assessments, summarizing findings for project management and steering teams
- Coordinate training strategies and communications to ensure alignment with organizational changes
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Change Management, or related field
- 12-15 years of related experience, with at least 5 years in a management role
- Preferred certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP), Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI - ACP), or similar
- Experience with Agile Methodology and Project Management Tools
- Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and adjust facilitation styles as needed
