Driving large-scale employee productivity initiatives, the full-time salaried Organizational Change Management Director will lead change management efforts, focusing on adoption strategies, communication plans, and training to enhance user acceptance and engagement.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement creative change management campaigns to motivate employee participation
- Conduct readiness assessments and evaluate findings to inform project management and leadership
- Coordinate training and communication strategies to facilitate user adoption of new changes
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Change Management, or a related field with 12-15 years of experience
- 5+ years of management experience
- Proficiency in Agile Methodology and Project Management Tools

- Experience in conducting change impact assessments and developing change management plans
