Organizational Change Management Specialist
Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Organizational Change Management Specialist, the full-time remote position will lead OCM activities for a large federal program, providing guidance to team leads and ensuring successful transformation initiatives while occasionally collaborating onsite in Arlington, VA.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead OCM and operational readiness assessments to evaluate organizational preparedness and develop mitigation strategies
- Facilitate workshops and engagement sessions with government clients and stakeholders to drive collaboration
- Develop and execute change management and communication strategies to promote stakeholder awareness and engagement
Required qualifications:
- Master's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting, or a related field
- 10 years of experience supporting Momentum or other Financial Management software implementations at large federal agencies
- At least 5 years of experience working with senior federal or commercial clients on enterprise-level decisions for Momentum implementation
- Prosci certification or equivalent
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance
