Organizational Change Manager
Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Organizational Change and Transformation Manager for a full-time remote contract role, who will lead change management initiatives across complex enterprise environments, focusing on stakeholder engagement, resistance management, and the development of comprehensive change strategies.
Key responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Organizational Change Management (OCM) activities for enterprise transformation initiatives
- Develop and execute change management strategies, stakeholder engagement plans, and communication strategies
- Assess organizational readiness and manage stakeholder resistance throughout the transformation lifecycle
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management or related fields
- Demonstrated experience leading OCM workstreams for large-scale enterprise transformations
- Strong knowledge of change management methodologies such as Prosci/ADKAR or Kotter
- Experience in developing change strategies, impact assessments, and adoption metrics
- High level of emotional intelligence and strong relationship-management skills
