Organizational Change Manager
Job Summary
Leading change management and transformation initiatives for complex enterprise clients, the full-time Organizational Change and Transformation Manager will work remotely to assess organizational readiness, develop change strategies, and manage stakeholder engagement throughout the transformation lifecycle.
Key responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Organizational Change Management (OCM) activities for large-scale transformation initiatives
- Develop comprehensive change management strategies and conduct change impact assessments and stakeholder analyses
- Identify and manage stakeholder resistance, building advocacy for transformation initiatives
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management or business transformation
- Strong working knowledge of established change management methodologies such as Prosci/ADKAR or Kotter
- Experience leading OCM workstreams for complex enterprise transformation programs
- High level of emotional intelligence (EQ) and ability to navigate enterprise politics and stakeholder dynamics
- Strong facilitation and executive communication skills
