Organizational Change Manager
Job Summary
Leading change management and transformation initiatives for complex enterprise clients, the full-time Organizational Change and Transformation Manager will assess organizational readiness, develop change strategies, and drive adoption in a remote contract role.
Key responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Organizational Change Management (OCM) activities for enterprise transformation initiatives
- Conduct change impact assessments and develop stakeholder engagement strategies to manage resistance and drive adoption
- Partner with project leadership to integrate change management into transformation roadmaps and support post-implementation reinforcement
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management or related fields
- Demonstrated experience leading OCM workstreams for large-scale enterprise transformation programs
- Strong knowledge of change management methodologies such as Prosci/ADKAR or Kotter
- Experience managing stakeholder resistance and building advocacy for transformation initiatives
- High level of emotional intelligence and ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics
