Organizational Change Manager

Job Summary

Leading the development and execution of comprehensive organizational change management strategies, the full-time Organizational Change Management Manager will ensure successful adoption of new initiatives and projects while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement OCM strategies, plans, and methodologies for various projects and programs
• Conduct change impact assessments and readiness analyses to identify resistance and create mitigation strategies
• Design and deliver communication plans, stakeholder engagement activities, and training programs to support change adoption

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field
• Demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful strategy plans within an OCM context
• Proven ability to lead and manage change initiatives in a complex corporate environment
• Experience with change management frameworks and methodologies (e.g., Prosci ADKAR)
• Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci) is a plus
