Organizational Change Manager

Job Summary

To support the integration of AI in workplace practices, the full-time Organizational Change Manager will define and deploy strategic AI adoption models, oversee the development of scalable learning experiences, and drive change management initiatives, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Define and deploy global strategies for AI integration across various organizational functions
• Collaboratively design and implement adoption and governance operating models to minimize resistance and disruption
• Oversee the creation of resources and learning experiences that enhance AI fluency and practical upskilling

Required qualifications:

• BA/BS degree and 6-8 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Prosci Certified Change Practitioner or equivalent OCM certification preferred
• Experience in deploying AI-forward initiatives that drive transformation across an enterprise
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and building learning programs at organizational scale
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate outcome data into actionable insights
