Organizational Change Manager
Job Summary
Leading change management initiatives remotely, the full-time Organizational Change Manager will assess organizational readiness, develop change strategies, and drive adoption for complex enterprise transformations.
Key responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Organizational Change Management (OCM) activities for business and technology transformation initiatives
- Develop comprehensive change management strategies and conduct stakeholder analyses and readiness assessments
- Identify and manage stakeholder resistance, building advocacy and trust throughout the transformation lifecycle
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management or related fields
- Demonstrated experience leading OCM workstreams for large-scale enterprise transformations
- Strong knowledge of established change management methodologies such as Prosci/ADKAR or Kotter
- High level of emotional intelligence and ability to navigate complex stakeholder dynamics
- Strong influencing, relationship-management, and facilitation skills
